There is a new software flash for the HIT K1 phone that you probably don't know about. Here is the simple process...
1. You will need to package the phone up (just the phone) and then simply add the label we send you to your email address.
2. Print the label and add it to the package and ship back to us.
3, After we receive your phone and program it, we will promptly and securely package up your phone and send it back to you.
The entire process should only take 7 - 10 days from start to finish (depending on how quickly you ship us the phone). It cant get any easier!
